Job summary

Multiplier, a global EOR platform, is seeking an Accountant to support controllership, consolidation and MIS in a dynamic, evolving environment. This hands-on role requires strong accounting fundamentals and the ability to bring structure to fast-moving operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience keeping records and validating financial data, preparing financial reports with accuracy, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct variance analysis monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Create ad-hoc reports for business needs.

TheRole

ThisrolewillberesponsibleforcontributingtotheControllershipandComplianceteam.Theindividualmustbehands-on,havetheaudacitytodriveimprovements,anddemonstratestrongcommunicationskills.

Theidealcandidatewillbeanaccountantwithexperiencekeepingrecordandvalidatingfinancialdataandhandsonexperiencepreparingfinancialreportswithutmostdataaccuracy.Moreover,thecandidatemusthavestronginterpersonalskillsandpossessastrongbusinessacumen.

Responsibilities
