Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in financial modelling, valuation, or transaction advisory.
• MBA in Finance, CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven modelling expertise in designing, auditing, and refining complex models for valuation and planning.
• Advanced Excel with scenario and sensitivity analysis; proficient formulas.
• Knowledge of VBA or automation tools preferred.
• Strong accounting, corporate finance, and valuation principles.
• Experience in managing client deliverables and reviewing outputs.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability to guide analysts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of VBA or automation tools is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and valuation principles.
• Strong research and business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and integrate qualitative and quantitative insights into assumptions.
• Experience in managing client deliverables and reviewing analytical outputs.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability, capable of guiding analysts and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
