Job summary

Arabelle Solutions invites you to join a finance team focused on capex controlling and cost containment. The role manages budgeting, MIS reporting, and cash-related forecasting across projects and assets with cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with SAP-based processes for CAPEX control, CWIP, and depreciation reconciliation, coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure financial clarity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in capex budgeting and cost controlling.
• Strong understanding of MIS reporting and budget monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Capex budgeting and budget control through SAP, including CWIP analysis.
• Depreciation reconciliation and asset capitalization with auditors and stakeholders.

Job description

Responsible to manage and improve capex & cost controlling, reporting and processes, ensuring financial clarity and control across the organization. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrated with others;

Capex Controlling

• Budget preparation by interacting with cross functional leader and project managers
• Weekly/fortnightly/Monthly MIS on actuals WRT budget
• Budget control thru SAP
• Creation of Asset with Investment order facility
• CWIP analysis on fortnightly basis thru SAP
• RA bills (Running bills) to check with contract terms and to authorized the same for further process
• Periodical update of Capex actual Cash out and projection of cash requirement.
• Regular interaction with stakeholders for final confirmation on asset to capitalize
• Life analysis based on nature of asset
• Conversion of asset from CWIP to final one
• Depreciation reconciliation (Check point) Excel vS SAP
• Interaction with Internal & External auditor

Cost Controlling

• Monthly preparation structural cost of factory with preparation of variance (Budget vS Actuals)
• Cost trend analysis and monitoring of cost reduction projects with actuals
