Nians in India is seeking a meticulous Finance Executive to support the finance manager/team with day-to-day financial procedures. You will manage account records, revise and update reports, and prepare data for audits, reviews, and taxation.

You will assist with budgets, payroll documents, bank reconciliations, GST/TDS filings, and collaborate on audits, tax preparation, and process improvements. A strong eye for detail and collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

About the Role

We seek a meticulous finance person to support our finance manager/team in executing day-to-day financial procedures.

As a Finance Executive, you will manage account records, revise and update financial reports, and prepare financial data for audits, reviews, and taxation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
• Participating in the approval process for purchases.
• Managing and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Assist with the preparation of payroll documents.
• Guiding fiscal procedures.
• Collaborating on audits, reviews, and tax preparation activities.
• Offering financial advice to managers and internal departments.
