Job summary

Nians is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive in Ajmer to support the finance manager and team with day-to-day financial procedures. You will manage account records, update financial reports, and prepare data for audits, reviews, and taxation.

You will assist with budgets, purchase approvals, payroll documents, and tax compliance, while driving improvements in financial processes and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven work experience in a finance role.
• Proficiency in integrated financial management software (FreshBooks, NetSuite, Tally, etc.).
• Knowledge of accounting standards, fiscal procedures, and tax codes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
