Accenture in Gurugram is seeking a Finance Process Ops Associate to join our Finance Operations group. You will support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting by collecting operational data, performing variance analysis, and reconciling transactions.

The role targets candidates with a BCom and 1–3 years of experience in FPA who can work in rotational shifts and contribute to timely financial health and decision-making.

Qualifications

• BCom degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Aligned with Finance Operations to determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports and reconciling transactions.
• Performing variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
