Finance & Operations - Assistant Manager

Position Overview:
- Preparing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate AS& IND ASand regulatory requirements; Maintaining internal control and safeguards for receipt ofrevenue, costs, and programme budgets and actual expenditures;
- Preparing annual budgeting, forecasting and planning process (for the entire company and bydepartment); administering and reviewing all financial plans and comparing to actual resultswith a view to identifying, explaining and correcting variances as appropriate
- Prepare weekly cash flow statements, and control expenditure and cash flow
- Consistently analyzing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate andtimely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status;
- Generate reports related to payroll expenses, taxes and other payroll-related data to help theorganization make informed decisions
- Possess knowledge of GST, withholding taxes, EPF, professional tax, and ensure compliance.
- Able to draw a plan and to provide training for work responsibility to new team members andcross training across the team and become backup for the work responsibility among team.
- Communicates effectively with leaders.
- Able to understand when issues are raised by Associates, Experience Associates, Senior Associatesin the team/client and have mindset of researching, analyzing and resolving it in a timelymanner working around the establishment TATs (turnaround times).
- Understanding process and documenting them as detailed SOPs (Standard operating Procedures)as and when required
- Gathers information necessary from the management to execute on reporting; maintains arunning list of information that is needed and follows up to gather information that is missing;organizes this information so it is easily accessible for the team and the management asapplicable
Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience of 5-8 years or more Internal finance for Graduates/Postgraduates/Semi qualified
- Experience of 4-7 years for MBA/ACCA/CPA or3-6 years for CA Qualified
- Experience working in an outsourced operations environment required.
- Demonstrated understanding of Accounting Standard & IND AS and financial statementpreparation.
- Proven ability to lead a team in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projectssimultaneously, while focusing on productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
