Hilton India (Goa) seeks a Finance Manager to oversee all accounting and financial functions for the hotel, partnering with the General Manager to maximize value and guest experiences.

You will support operations with financial guidance, implement best-practice controls, and drive investment returns while building a capable finance team and ensuring liquidity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial operational accounting role.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) for business communication.
• Skilled in hotel systems: OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
