Qualifications

• MBA in Finance from a Tier-1 institute (requirement).
• CFA/CMA is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and financial analysis skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and assign risk scores by analyzing entities using annual reports, documents, site visits and management discussion.
• Perform detailed financial analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements; benchmark against industry peers.
• Independently manage assigned client accounts, including routine communications, query resolution and SLA adherence.
• Evaluate managerial and operational capabilities of channel partners; assess statutory, regulatory, AML and compliance per policies and quality standards.
• Conduct profitability assessments of channel partners.
• Carry out sectoral analysis and industry benchmarking.
• Conduct portfolio analysis for clients.
• Develop risk score models for clients.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to resolve issues and deliver reports within SLA.
• Create and update dashboards, project trackers and MIS reports; support new assignments and proposals through research.
