Job summary

Acceldata, Bengaluru-based data observability leader, offers a Finance Intern role exposing you to day-to-day accounting, TDS & GST compliance, MIS reporting, and finance automation using Excel.

You will assist with bookkeeping, GL entries, month-end close, cost analysis, vendor payments, and audits, while developing practical skills in financial processes within a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• CA semi-qualified, IPCC/Intermediate cleared and pursuing CA Final.
• Articleship completed from a CA firm with 3+ partners.
• Strong MS Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, formulas.
• Good understanding of TDS and GST.
• Exposure to accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bookkeeping and general ledger entries.
• Support TDS computation, deduction, deposit, and quarterly return filing.
• Assist with GST compliance, including ITC reconciliation and GSTR-1/3B workings.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Support month-end activities such as accruals, prepaid schedules, and reconciliations.
• Prepare Excel-based trackers, schedules, and variance analysis.
• Assist with vendor invoice processing and payment-related activities.
• Support statutory and internal audit requirements.
• Assist with ad hoc finance projects such as cost analysis and budget tracking.

Finance Intern

Role Overview

This internship will provide exposure to: Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping, TDS & GST compliance, MIS reporting and dashboards, Month-end closing activities, and finance process automation using Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with bookkeeping and general ledger entries.

• Exposure to accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, NetSuite, or similar is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to a SaaS, technology, or startup environment.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of financial statement preparation.
