Job summary

SITA seeks a Graduate in Finance to join our international finance team in Mumbai. The role focuses on supporting daily finance operations, training on processes and tools, and assisting in reporting and project support across entities and programs.

You will work with Finance, IT and other areas, gain exposure to Oracle and Salesforce, and be mentored by a Buddy and a Mentor throughout the graduate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, business or economics; strong grounding in finance and accounting concepts.
• Strong understanding of finance & accounting principles.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English; other languages is an advantage.

PURPOSE

As a Graduate in Finance, reporting to the Finance Manager, Our team is responsible for finance operations across all the entities and different project or programmes across SITA.

As a Graduate, you will first get all necessary training. First part will concentrate on getting familiar with our processes and tools. Then you will start to assist in our daily activities such as running reports, supporting projects, assisting finance operations team members.

What you will do

• To support and assist day‑to‑day admin task related to Finance projects
• To work collaboratively with other SITA teams
• To support and assist the Finance operations in the day‑to‑day
• To make calls to our registered suppliers
• To validate provided information

Qualifications

Who you are

• University degree at Bachelor level in a finance, business or economic related field.
• Reasonable understanding of Finance & Accounting.
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications such as MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other languages will be an advantage
• Precise and reliable with figures
• Strong relationship management skills and able to work across culturally diverse teams
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
