Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage the projects financial plan, including budgeting, forecasting, and allocation of funds.
  • Develop and implement digital financial monitoring systems linked with the projects digital dashboard.
  • Monitor and review financial progress of road projects using real-time data from the digital monitoring tools.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and project funding guidelines.
  • Coordinate with procurement, planning, and technical teams for financial approvals and expenditure control.
  • Track contractor payments, invoices, and fund disbursements through integrated digital systems.
  • Generate financial performance reports, cost-benefit analyses, and expenditure summaries for management.
  • Support in financial evaluation of project proposals and digital monitoring system implementation costs.
  • Liaise with funding agencies, municipal bodies, and government departments for financial reporting and audits.
