Job summary

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting aligned with business goals
  • Identify areas for cost optimization and efficient resource use
Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books
  • Manage day-to-day entries, account reconciliation, and ledgers
GST Compliance & Taxation
  • Ensure timely filing of GST returns (e.g., GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
  • Monitor input tax credits and stay current with regulatory changes
Cash Flow & Expense Oversight
  • Oversee daily cash flow to support smooth operations
  • Manage payables and receivables for financial balance
Reporting & Insights
  • Prepare internal financial reports and statements
  • Conduct variance analysis and suggest operational improvements
Risk & Compliance
  • Support audits and regulatory compliance
  • Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years in finance, accounting, or a related field
