Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Controller to join our team in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a reputed organization. Prior experience in IPO-related work will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Manage internal controls and risk management processes
• Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Support strategic financial planning and decision-making
• Coordinate and contribute to IPO readiness and execution (if applicable)
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations

Location
