Sterlo in Coimbatore is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support the finance and accounting functions. The role requires hands-on experience in GST compliance, MIS reporting, accounting activities, and financial operations to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.

The candidate will work closely with the finance team to maintain records, perform reconciliations, and assist in monthly and annual closing activities, while coordinating with auditors and authorities as

• Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within statutory timelines.
• Reconcile GST data, input credits, and tax records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management review.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights through reports and dashboards.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Maintain accounting records and financial documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities as required.
• Monitor expenses and support budgeting processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
