Job summary

The candidate should hold a B.Com/Finance-related degree, with MBA Finance or M.Com as a plus, and 1–2 years of experience in finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA (Finance) or M.Com is an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, MIS, or Financial Analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query).
• Experience with financial analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations.
• Analyze business performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Monitor budgets and track expenditures to ensure targets are met.
• Support day-to-day finance operations (AP/AR).
• Conduct cost analysis and assist budgeting and forecasting.
• Interpret financial statements and communicate findings to stakeholders.
