Job summary

Agilent Technologies Inc. is seeking a Finance professional to perform monthly and quarterly analyses of income statements and balance sheets, identifying variances and driving timely corrective actions.

The role ensures adherence to US GAAP/IFRS and internal controls, while supporting statutory audits and regulatory reporting across geographies. The candidate will work with Controllership teams to prepare financial statements, handle transfer pricing, tax filings, and other compliance tasks,

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years post-qualification experience or CA Inter with 3-4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly analysis of Income Statement and Balance Sheet, identifying variances, root causes and driving timely corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS, accounting standards, and internal company policies and controls.
• Support statutory audits for assigned legal entities, including variance analysis, audit schedules, reconciliations, and preparation of audit deliverables.
• Partner with Controllership teams across geographies to support financial statement preparation, audit requirements, transfer pricing, tax filings, and other statutory/regulatory reporting.
• Execute financial and accounting assignments with broadly defined objectives, applying sound accounting judgment and delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
