Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurugram is seeking a Finance Analyst - Accounts Receivable to process invoices, validate billing data and resolve discrepancies. You will interact with sales and service teams to ensure accurate billing and timely collection, contributing to smooth month-end closings.

The role requires 0–3 years of experience, strong communication skills and proficiency in Ariba, JD Edwards and Microsoft Office. On-site location in Gurugram with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience with Ariba and JD Edwards is preferred.
• Strong billing, invoicing and data entry skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices accurately using Ariba and JD Edwards.
• Review and validate billing information including purchase orders and contracts.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Ensure compliance with billing procedures and accounting principles.
• Generate and distribute recurring invoices and monitor aging reports.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service and accounting teams to resolve issues.
• Assist in month-end close and reconciliation of billing accounts.

Finance Analyst - Accounts Receivable Client Finance - JLL Business Service (Gurugram)

What this job involves:

• Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently using Ariba and JD Edwards systems
• Review and validate billing information including purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts
• Resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with established billing procedures and accounting principles
• Generate and distribute recurring invoices according to established schedules
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments
• Reconcile billing accounts and prepare month-end reports Maintaining Funding log & preparing reconciliation
• Query handling – Promptly resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Track pending queries for immediate resolution and follow up on remaining issues.
• Keeping all the process-related documents intact on a real-time basis
• Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to resolve billing issues
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding invoice inquiries
• Support auditing processes by providing required billing documentation
• Participate in process improvement initiatives for billing operations
