Job summary

Lenskart is hiring energetic Sales Executives in Maharashtra to visit customers' homes, perform eye tests with specialized equipment, and sell Lenskart spectacles. You will provide excellent customer service and help customers choose the right eyewear.

Responsibilities include scheduling visits, carrying a 18–20 kg eye-check kit, meeting sales targets, and earning attractive commissions. Training is provided in Chennai Madipakkam for 45 days, and candidates must own a bike and hold a valid

• Visit customers' homes based on scheduled appointments
• Conduct eye tests using specialized equipment
• Sell Lenskart spectacles and provide exceptional customer service
• Carry a 20-25 kg bag with eye check equipment and eyewears
• Meet sales targets and earn attractive commissions

Compensation Package:

• Fixed CTC: 24,000 per month (20,000 in-hand)
• Variable compensation based on sales performance

Training:

• 45-days comprehensive training in Chennai Madipakkam on eye checkups and sales techniques
