Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target‑driven Sales Executive to promote and drive sales of Reproductive Genetics diagnostic solutions to healthcare professionals. The role demands a strong understanding of genetic diagnostics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell reproductive genetics tests (Prenatal & postnatal) to fertility specialists, gynecologists, pediatricians and hospitals.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new business opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Conduct product presentations, CMEs, and training sessions for clinicians and lab partners.
  • Ensure timely sample collections, logistic coordination, and follow‑up for reports and queries.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, customer records, and activity reports through CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and contribute to the growth of the reproductive genetics division.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and advancements in genetic diagnostics.
Candidate Profile
  • Education: B.Sc Life Sciences, Genetics, Biotechnology, or equivalent & B.Pharma.
  • Experience: Freshers are preferable.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, scientific communication, territory management, and result orientation.
