Job summary

Lenskart is seeking energetic Sales Executives in India to visit customers' homes, conduct eye tests, and sell spectacles. You will visit homes by appointment, operate eye-testing equipment, and provide outstanding customer service while carrying the eye-check gear and eyewear.

Strong communication and a willingness to travel are essential. Fresher or experienced candidates with a valid bike license are encouraged to apply; training will be provided to ensure product knowledge and sales

Qualifications

• Visit customers' homes based on scheduled appointments
• Conduct eye tests using specialized equipment
• Sell Lenskart spectacles and provide exceptional customer service
• Carry a 20-25 kg bag with eye check equipment and eyewears
• Meet sales targets and earn attractive commissions

Training

• 30-days comprehensive training in Whitefield on eye checkups and sales techniques
• Candidates must be willing to stay/travel to the training location for 30 days
• Support and product training

Requirements
