Job summary

Dilip Buildcon is seeking a QA/QC professional for solar PV projects in India. The role requires extensive field QA/QC, SAT experience, and coordination with civil and electrical teams to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and quality checks.

Ideal candidate has a Civil or Electrical engineering background, hands-on SAT inspection experience, and strong documentation skills for utility-scale installations.

Qualifications

• 34 years of relevant QA/QC experience in Solar PV projects, preferably utility-scale.
• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in implementation of FQP/ITP, RFI, NCR, CAPA and quality documentation.
• Good knowledge of approved drawings, specifications, method statements and inspection checklists.
• Experience in contractor, TPI and HO coordination.
• Single Axis Tracker (SAT) experience is preferred/mandatory for tracker-based projects.
• Civil – SAT pile/foundation inspection, pile alignment, verticality, embedment and pull-out testing.
• Electrical – SAT tracker installation, earthing/bonding, motor/actuator and tracker cable inspection.
• Knowledge of PV modules, DC/AC cabling, inverter, transformer, HT/LT systems and electrical testing.
• Experience in pre-commissioning and functional checks.
• Preferred Candidate Profile: Utility-scale Solar + SAT experience + strong field QA/QC knowledge + good documentation and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of PV modules, DC/AC cabling, inverter, transformer, HT/LT systems and electrical testing.
