Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Operator-III to provide wellsite support and guidance to our global customers. You will perform rig-up/rig-down and operate wireline equipment at well sites, solving problems with the latest technology while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

The role requires 3–6 years in oilfield operations, basic English, and strong teamwork. You will participate in pre-job planning, maintain documentation, and ensure HSE compliance, contributing to dependable field service

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of oilfield operations experience, preferably wireline services.
• Basic English proficiency is required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• HSE awareness and safe work practices.

Field Operator-III

As a Field Operator, you will be providing wellsite support and guidance to our global customers. You will have the opportunity to solve interesting and complex problems while utilizing the latest technology.

As a Field Operator-III, you will be responsible for:

• Perform rig-up, rig-down, and operation of wireline equipment at well sites.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical tools.
• Participate in pre-job planning, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of experience in oilfield operations, preferably wireline services.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with oilfield equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) awareness.
• Basic English proficiency is required.
