Job description

We are looking for two energetic and highly communicative individuals to help launch an innovative Digital Advertising network in residential apartments across Surat. You will be the face of the company, interacting with both property managers and local business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Society Tie-ups: Visit Gated Communities and Apartments to meet Building Managers/RWAs. Explain our concept and negotiate permissions for installation.
• Data Collection: Collect essential information like the number of flats, resident demographics, and existing notice board setups.
• Local Merchant Sales: Identify and meet potential advertisers in the vicinity (Gyms, Coaching Center, Salons, Hospitals, etc.).
• Market Research: Understand the monthly marketing budgets of local businesses and pitch our indoor digital display as a high-ROI solution.

Requirements:

• Languages: Must be fluent in Gujarati (Surati dialect preferred) and Hindi.
• Skills: Strong persuasion and "people skills." You should be comfortable walking into a business or a society office and starting a conversation.
• Education: Any Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience in field sales or marketing.
