Job summary

Onesubsea in India seeks a WS Field Engineer - WPS to maintain safe, efficient service delivery and improve performance. You will support PSD operations, implement standard work, and manage risk during field assignments.

The role requires at least 5 years in gravel pack operations, with hands-on design and execution of multiple gravel pack jobs and deepwater AP screen experience. You will collaborate with the Design/Technical team to drive improvement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of field experience in gravel pack pumping operations.
• Experience designing and field executing 30 gravel pack jobs.
• Experience with Alternate Path Screen jobs in deepwater; minimum 10 jobs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Execute service delivery to the customer.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
• Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.
