Job summary

SLB in India seeks a WS Field Engineer - Well Production Services to maintain safe, efficient and reliable PSD delivery to customers. The role emphasizes improving service delivery, implementing standard work, and managing risk during field operations.

You will lead job deliverables, execute service delivery, participate in risk analyses, support Design/Technical Engineers, and develop customer contacts to promote SLB products and services.

Qualifications

• 5 years of field experience in Gravel pack pumping operations.
• Designing & Field Execution of 30 Gravel Pack Jobs.
• Experience in Alternate Path Screen jobs in Deepwater environment. 10 jobs minimum.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable PSD delivery to customers.
• Execute service delivery and ensure deliverables are accurate and on time.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Assist Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.
• Develop customer contacts to promote SLB products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards; participate in CAT and wellsite inspections.
• Lead Service Quality Meetings and drive performance improvements via action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives; wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Provide backup to Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.

The WS Field Engineer - (Well Production Services) WPS is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The WS Field Engineer - WPS identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Execute service delivery to the customer.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
• Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.
