Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Field Collection Officer (Micro loan/Group loan) role located in Purnia and Forbisgunj locations. The Field Collection Officer will manage debt collection processes, interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve outstanding payments, and ensure timely recovery of dues. Responsibilities include assessing customer repayment capacities, maintaining accurate records of collections, and liaising with the finance team to report progress and performance. Field visits will be a core component of the role to engage with clients directly, fostering a professional and customer‑focused approach to achieving collection goals.
