Job summary

Sudlows is seeking ITI/ diploma qualified technicians in India for fibre-optic and copper cable installation projects. Freshers to 3 years are considered, with emphasis on learning, discipline, teamwork, and site safety. Candidates with basic networking and structured cabling knowledge are encouraged to apply.

The role involves fibre splicing/termination and testing where trained, with opportunities to grow as supervision or technician roles are available.

Qualifications

• ITI, Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT or related trades.
• Freshers to 3 years experience in related field.
• Candidates with willingness to learn and strong safety mindset are preferred.

Job description

Experience: Freshers to 3 years.

• Preferred qualifications: ITI, Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT or related trades.
• Key responsibilities: Fibre-optic and copper cable installation, cable routing and dressing, labelling, rack and patch-panel installation, fibre splicing, termination, and testing, where trained.
• Preferred skills: Basic knowledge of networking, structured cabling, fibre optics, OTDR and Fluke testing. Freshers will be considered for suitable entry-level positions.
