Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, or Finished Goods Operations is preferred.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipment and delivery management, ensuring on-time DN creation and accurate release of delivery notes.
• Conduct daily backlog reviews and coordinate with supply planning to resolve shortages and CCR mismatches.
• Monitor FG inventory health and aging, drive IDS and optimize turnover while safeguarding service levels.
• Coordinate labeling, relabeling, repackaging and ensure correct product configuration before shipment.
• Collaborate with CSO, TSP, OF, Site Planning, FG Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, and Trade Compliance teams; communicate risks and recovery plans.
• Support quarter-end revenue activities by forecasting shipment capacity, packing ahead critical shipments, and producing management reports.

1. Shipment & Delivery Management

• Review daily shipment requirements and customer orders.
• Create and release Delivery Notes (DNs) to trigger shipment execution.
• Ensure on-time DN creation for customer orders meeting shipment criteria.
• Resolve DN creation issues related to sales blocks, trade compliance, routing, and inventory availability.

2. Backlog Management

• Conduct daily backlog reviews.
• Ensure the right inventory is available at the right time to support customer orders.
• Work with supply planning teams to resolve shortages, CCR mismatches, and late supply with AI Tools
• Coordinate lot expediting, labeling, split/merge requests, and pullback activities.

3. Inventory Management

• Monitor FG inventory health and aging inventory.
• Drive inventory disposition activities (IDS).
• Optimize inventory turnover while maintaining customer service levels.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage storage capacity and shipment readiness.

4. Labeling, Repackaging & Material Management

• Review customer-specific labeling requirements.
• Initiate relabeling and repackaging processes when required.
• Coordinate with warehouse and labeling teams to ensure correct product configuration before shipment.
• Support pullback and rework activities to meet shipment requirements.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

• Partner with:
• Customer Sales Operations (CSO)
• Tactical Supply Planning (TSP)
• Order Fulfillment (OF)
• Site Planning
• FG Operations
• Logistics and Warehouse teams
• Trade Compliance teams
• Communicate risks, shipment constraints, and recovery plans.

6. Quarter-End Revenue Support

• Monitor shipment capacity forecasts.
• Drive pack-ahead activities for critical revenue shipments.
• Support quarter-end shipment execution and management reporting.
• Identify and communicate shipment risks impacting revenue attainment.
