Job summary

Dr. BRC Vistaar Vatikaa Hospital in Haryana (Gurugram) invites an experienced Panchakarma therapist to join our Ayurveda care team.

You will perform Panchakarma therapies, ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy, and coordinate with doctors and fellow therapists for holistic treatment. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Certification in Panchakarma or related Ayurveda therapy, has strong communication and compassion, and prioritizes hygiene and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certification in Panchakarma Therapy or relevant Ayurveda therapy course.
• 13 years of experience in Panchakarma/Ayurveda hospital preferred.
• Good knowledge of Panchakarma therapies and basic patient care.
• Polite, compassionate, and professional attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain patient privacy, hygiene, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform Panchakarma therapies as per the prescribed treatment plan and hospital protocols.
• Provide therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Swedana, Patra Potli, Basti assistance, etc.
• Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and patient safety during all procedures.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and professional conduct throughout the therapy.
• Prepare therapy rooms, medicines, oils, equipment, and required materials before treatment.
• Monitor patient response during therapy and immediately report any concerns to the doctor.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and therapy schedules.
• Coordinate with doctors and other therapists for smooth patient care.
