Shri Venkateshwara University invites a full-time Female Governess to mentor two teenagers (ages 15–16) in a family setting in Delhi. The role centers on holistic development, providing academic, social and personal support within the home.

Duties include planning tailored activities, overseeing health and nutrition, teaching etiquette and social skills, coordinating daily routines, and organizing educational outings and trips (domestic and international).

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate education required.

Responsibilities

• Plan & implement tailored academic & non-academic activities as per the interest of the children or the family preferences.
• Oversee health, hygiene, and nutrition; plan meals and ensure a balanced diet for the children.
• Teach manners, etiquette, and social skills, promoting positive behavior and discipline in a structured environment.
• Coordinate & develop comprehensive, individualized daily routine to balance academic excellence and social development.
• Organize educational outings, cultural visits, and recreational activities to enhance development and social interaction.
• Work with other household staff and maintain strong communication with parents to align goals.
• Accompany the family/children on domestic & international trips to continue care as needed.
• Enforce and follow security protocols, entry access monitoring and responding to emergencies.
• Prior work experience in Residence operation is preferred.

Looking for an educated, experienced, confident, responsible and dedicated Full Time Female Governess for a Business family to take care of children (age around 15 - 16 years). Primarily serve as a mentor for the holistic development of the children by providing personalized services to their academic, social and personal needs within the family setting.

• Organize and participate in educational outings, cultural visits, and recreational activities to enhance the child's overall development and social interaction
