Itmc Systems is seeking an experienced Forward Development Architect to lead AI-driven transformations and design next-gen Data, AI, and Cloud Infrastructure across the Insurance value chain.

The candidate will bridge business vision and enterprise architecture, partnering with stakeholders to shape the organization’s digital roadmap and deliver secure, scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in enterprise technology with architecture and transformation focus.
• 5+ years leading cloud, data, and AI initiatives at enterprise scale, insurance domain beneficial.
• Certifications in Cloud Architecture, TOGAF, Kubernetes or AI/ML are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-scale Data Lake/Lakehouse platforms for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Define ingestion architectures for batch, streaming, APIs and third-party data.
• Design Bronze-Silver-Gold data models and semantic layers.
• Establish metadata management, data lineage, cataloging, and data quality frameworks.
• Enable self-service analytics and enterprise reporting capabilities.
• Design cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Architect scalable compute platforms using Kubernetes, containers, serverless, and GPU-enabled infra.
• Define networking, storage, identity management, and security for AI workloads.

We are seeking an experienced Forward Development Architect (FDA) to lead the design and evolution of next-generation Data, AI, and Cloud Infrastructure solutions across the Insurance value chain. The role is responsible for defining future-state technology architecture, enabling AI-driven business transformation, and delivering scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise platforms.

The FDA acts as the strategic technical leader bridging business vision, enterprise architecture, engineering, cloud infrastructure, and AI innovation. This role requires deep expertise in modern data platforms, AI/ML ecosystems, cloud-native architectures, and insurance business processes while partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders to shape the organization's digital roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect enterprise-scale Data Lake/Lakehouse platforms supporting structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
2. Define ingestion architectures for batch, streaming, APIs, and third-party data.
3. Design Bronze-Silver-Gold data models and semantic layers.

4. Experience delivering AI-enabled platforms within the insurance industry.
5. Certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), TOGAF, Kubernetes, or AI/ML are highly desirable.
