The Agile Dev Team Member IV - Java at Capgemini plays a vital role in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment. You will engage with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance applications while adhering to best practices in software development. In this position, you will leverage your Java programming skills to conduct technical feasibility studies, translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring that the end products are architecturally sound. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement robust and scalable Java applications
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in production and non-production environmentsCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements
