Job summary

Azim Premji University invites applications from candidates with deep domain knowledge of Education Leadership to teach in the MA Education programme and Certificate programmes. The role includes designing and delivering courses in Educational Policy, School Systems and School Leadership for the MA Education programme, as well as developing curricula for certificate courses.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver courses in Educational Policy, Programmes, School Systems and School Leadership for the MA Education programme and Certificate programmes.
• Contribute to curriculum development and programme strengthening.
• Design and teach elective courses aligned with expertise.
• Develop curriculum and facilitate courses for in-service school leaders and practitioners.
• Engage with practitioners to ensure contextual and practice-oriented learning.
• Organise workshops, seminars and conferences and contribute to institutional culture.

The role encompasses designing and teaching courses in the domains of Educational Policy, Programmes, School System and School Leadership for MA Education programme and Certificate programmes offered by the university. Apart from the teaching responsibilities, faculty is also expected to contribute to institutional building by nurturing the culture, institutional processes and activities in alignment with University’s vision.
