This is a full-time, on-site faculty position based at the VISTAR University campus in Warangal, across relevant disciplines. Faculty members will design and deliver high-quality courses, develop syllabi, prepare learning materials, and conduct lectures, seminars, tutorials, and assessments. Responsibilities include advising and mentoring students, supervising projects or theses as appropriate, and maintaining regular office hours. Faculty are expected to engage in research or scholarly activities, publish in peer-reviewed outlets, and contribute to curriculum development and program review. Additional duties include participation in academic committees, accreditation efforts, outreach activities, and collaboration with colleagues to advance departmental and institutional goals.
Strong teaching capabilities, including syllabus design, classroom instruction, student mentoring, and fair, transparent assessment practices. Demonstrated or potential research and scholarly activity, such as publications, presentations, funded projects, or creative work in a relevant discipline. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with learners, colleagues, and administrative staff in a diverse community. Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning, including learning management systems, digital resources, and contemporary pedagogical tools. Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered education, continuous improvement in teaching, and adherence to high ethical and professional standards. Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in a relevant field is strongly preferred; a master’s degree with significant academic or industry experience may be considered for certain disciplines. Prior university-level teaching experience and experience supervising projects or theses are highly desirable, especially for senior ranks. Evidence of service contributions, such as committee work, professional organization involvement, outreach, or institutional development activities, is an advantage.
