Job summary

Miros Hotels & Resorts in Pune seeks a seasoned Facilities Manager to lead comprehensive FM services, ensuring amenities are resourced, maintained, and operated to defined standards. You will develop SOPs, manage budgets, and drive cost optimization while overseeing a range of services including housekeeping, security, and technical services.

The role requires preparing preventive maintenance plans, supervising staffing, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Facilities Management services to ensure amenities are resourced, maintained, and operated as per defined standards.
• Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for site operations.
• Develop site-wise proposals for facilities services including Housekeeping, Security, Technical Services, Pest Control, Landscaping, and other allied services.
• Prepare detailed repair and maintenance plans and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Prepare Facilities Management budgets and monitor performance against approved budgets.
• Manage budgets efficiently and achieve cost optimization without compromising service quality.
• Maintain site accommodation and related services through contractors and direct labour in the most cost-effective manner.
• Ensure site occupancy and operations comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain effective systems for receiving, addressing, and resolving client complaints in a timely manner.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and quality; appraise, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and contribution.
• Arrange and facilitate training programs at all staff levels to enhance skills and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and periodically review Disaster Management and Emergency Response Plans.
• Proactively liaise with local bodies, municipal authorities, and statutory agencies to ensure compliance and smooth site operations.
• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports for site, highlighting operational performance, compliance status, costs, and key issues to management.
