Locations
  • 1 Akola Vidyapeeth, Maharashtra

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain and oversee AC units, DG sets, RO systems, UPS, CCTV networks, and fire safety systems
  • Manage classroom infrastructure including smart boards, lighting, seating, and IT assets
  • Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with all safety SOPs and emergency protocols
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors such as housekeeping, security, and maintenance contractors
  • Monitor and optimize diesel, electricity, and HVAC consumption for cost efficiency
  • Handle inventory control, procurement, and asset tagging
  • Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reports, and compliance records
  • Collaborate with regional admin teams to ensure smooth center operations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Facility Management, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in facility management, operations, or technical maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, fire safety equipment, and CCTV/IT infra

  • Experience managing vendors & service teams
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and asset management tools
