Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in digital marketing with focus on Facebook Ads.
• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager: setup, optimisation and reporting.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and optimize performance.
• Ability to develop creative ad concepts for target audiences.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns.
• Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus but not required.

Job description

As a Facebook Marketing Intern you will support the team in developing, executing and optimising paid social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Your role will involve working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

JOB DETAILS:

• Location: Sector-58, Gurugram
• Experience Level: Internship
• Shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday), Saturdays are WFH
• Stipend: As per norms
• Candidates: Gurugram-based candidates only (should be comfortable with face-to-face interviews)
• Candidates with relevant certifications are preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Media planning: strong understanding of Instagrams Facebook ad platforms including audience targeting, ad formats and bidding strategies.

• Ad creation and design.
• Campaign management: ad setup, bid management and daily monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimisation and reporting.
• Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends and make informed decisions to optimise campaign performance.
• Ability to develop creative ad concepts and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus but not required.
