Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking a Fabric Data Engineer to design and optimize data pipelines and notebooks using Microsoft Fabric. You will work with Fabric Lakehouse, OneLake and Delta tables, writing Python and PySpark to transform data and deliver reliable data engineering solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with SQL, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling and data warehousing concepts, with a focus on data quality and pipeline monitoring.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in data engineering, with hands-on exposure to Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong experience in developing and managing data pipelines, notebooks and data transformation workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, aggregations and query optimization.
• Good understanding of database design, data modelling and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT processes and pipeline orchestration.
• Working knowledge of Python and PySpark for data processing.
• Understanding of data quality, pipeline monitoring and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Fabric Lakehouse, Notebooks and Dataflows Gen2 is preferred.
• Familiarity with Fabric Warehouse, OneLake and Delta tables is an advantage.
• Exposure to Git, version control, CI/CD practices and Power BI is an added advantage.
