Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced F5 BIG-IP Engineer / Network Security Engineer in India to design, deploy, and manage F5 BIG-IP APM policies, and to configure ASM/WAF security rules.

The role involves traffic analysis, security event review, and on-call L3 support across Pan India deployments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on F5 BIG-IP APM/ASM, GTM/DNS, AFM knowledge, and scripting skills (Ansible, Python, REST APIs) with exposure to AWS/Azure and F5 VE environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage F5 BIG-IP APM policies
• Configure, tune, and troubleshoot F5 ASM/WAF security policies
• Work with Positive & Negative Security Models
• Perform L4/L7 traffic analysis, security event review, and troubleshooting
• Manage F5 upgrades, hotfixes, backup, and restoration
• Optimize Load Balancing, SSL Offloading, iRules, and Health Monitors
• Collaborate with Application, Network, and Security teams for deployments and changes
• Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management following ITIL processes
• Conduct security policy audits and recommend improvements
• Provide L3 support and participate in on-call rotations

We are looking for an experienced F5 BIG-IP professional with strong expertise in APM, ASM/WAF, L4/L7 traffic management, and L3 support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage F5 BIG-IP APM policies
• Configure, tune, and troubleshoot F5 ASM/WAF security policies
• Work with Positive & Negative Security Models
• Perform L4/L7 traffic analysis, security event review, and troubleshooting
