Job summary

EY in India seeks an Assistant Director to lead strategic initiatives and oversee complex projects. You will maintain relationships with onshore partners, mentor a team of 15–25 resources, and contribute to business development and internal improvements, with specialization in one or two sectors.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across assurance, consulting, law, strategy, tax and transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to write clear, organized reports.
• Ability to manage multiple deals concurrently.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience in leading and training teams.
