Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Governance, Project Management or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in business enablement, governance, process improvement, PMO, transformation or stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of how strategy, governance, processes and stakeholders come together to enable effective business delivery.
  • Ability to operate confidently in a complex, matrixed and multicultural MENA environment.
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing and communication skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving capability, with sound judgment and a practical, outcome-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements and work independently with appropriate discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Enable delivery of MENA SGP priorities by bringing structure, coordination and momentum to strategic initiatives and business requirements.
  • Support leadership in translating strategic direction into clear priorities, aligned plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Promote effective collaboration across service lines, markets and enabling functions to advance shared objectives and business value.
  • Provide responsive and practical support to evolving business needs, ensuring that SGP activity remains aligned to the wider MENA agenda.
  • Promote a culture of process excellence, simplicity and continuous improvement across the SGP operating environment.
  • Lead the development and ongoing improvement of efficient, scalable and consistent ways of working.
  • Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, reduce complexity and strengthen the quality and reliability of delivery.
  • Support the adoption and sustainability of improved processes, tools and practices across relevant stakeholder groups.
  • Maintain an effective governance environment that supports accountability, transparency, timely decision-making and appropriate oversight.
  • Ensure governance arrangements, forums and reporting remain aligned to SGP priorities and the needs of MENA leadership.
  • Provide leadership with clear, relevant and timely information on progress, priorities, risks, dependencies and decisions.
  • Support the consistent application of agreed governance principles, responsibilities and ways of working.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders, service lines, markets, account teams, initiative owners and enabling functions across MENA.
  • Act as a central point of coordination, helping stakeholders align around shared priorities, responsibilities and outcomes.
  • Navigate a complex matrix environment, balancing differing perspectives and facilitating constructive resolution of issues and dependencies.
  • Enable clear, consistent and audience-appropriate communication that strengthens engagement, ownership and collaboration.
  • Provide an integrated view of SGP performance and delivery, helping leadership understand progress, emerging themes and areas requiring attention.
  • Use business and stakeholder insights to support prioritization, improve effectiveness and inform leadership action.
  • Encourage a disciplined focus on outcomes, benefits and the value created through SGP initiatives and investments.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the SGP operating model, governance approach and business enablement capability.

Business Enablement & Governance Manager

Strategic Governance Program (SGP) | MENA

Role Purpose

Support the effective operation and delivery of the MENA Strategic Governance Program (SGP) by providing broad leadership across business enablement, governance, process excellence and stakeholder engagement. The role helps create the structure, alignment and insight required to translate strategic priorities into coordinated delivery, strengthen organizational effectiveness and support informed leadership decision-making across MENA.

Overall Responsibilities

Business Enablement & Strategic Delivery

  • Enable the delivery of MENA SGP priorities by bringing structure, coordination and momentum to strategic initiatives and business requirements.
  • Support leadership in translating strategic direction into clear priorities, aligned plans and measurable outcomes.
