We are seeking a seasoned Principal Solution Architect to lead the design, strategy, and execution of enterprise-scale Field Mobility and User Engagement Platforms. In this role, you will drive the development of mobile-first and digital engagement ecosystems that enable seamless, real-time interactions across field operations and user channels. You will be responsible for defining scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture patterns, ensuring deep integration across cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and data environments. As a key technology leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions, while shaping platform strategies that enhance operational efficiency, user engagement, and business outcomes at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Strategy

• Define and lead architecture for field mobility and user engagement platforms
• Establish scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture patterns
• Drive platform strategy, technology selection, and roadmap planningAlign solutions with:

• Ensure long-term platform sustainability and adaptability

Mobility & User Experience Solutions

• Lead development of field mobility solutions enabling:
  • Offline-first capabilities

Data & Analytics Enablement
