Job summary

RIVAANSH POLYMERS invites applications for a TPE Twin-Screw Extruder Machine Operator in our Production department. This full-time role requires 2–5 years of experience in TPE/TPR/TPO compounding and practical expertise with Twin-Screw Extruder.

The operator will manage startup/shutdown, set process parameters, feed materials, monitor output, and ensure quality and safety on the extrusion line. The candidate should be skilled in adjusting temperature zones, RPM, pressure, and torque per

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in TPE/TPR/TPO compounding.
• Practical experience with Twin-Screw Extruder.
• Knowledge of polymers and quality parameters (Hardness, Tensile, MFI, Density).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor TPE Twin-Screw Extruder machine.
• Start-up, shutdown and operate the complete extrusion line safely.
• Set and monitor temperature zones, RPM, pressure, feeding speed and torque as per formulation.
• Handle raw material feeding and dosing according to production formulation.
• Monitor extruder output, strand/die-face cutting and pellet quality.
• Maintain consistent production as per required quality and quantity targets.
• Identify and troubleshoot common machine/process problems during production.
• Monitor material flow, melt pressure, temperature and machine load.
• Coordinate with the production and quality team for product specifications.
• Maintain proper housekeeping, 5S and safety standards around the machine.
• Record production data, batch details and machine parameters.
• Ensure proper cleaning and changeover of the extrusion line between batches.

Job Type: Full Time 12 HOURS DUTY

Experience: 2–5 Years in TPE/TPR/TPO Compounding
