Job Title: Export & Marketing Executive

Location: Kareli Bagh, Baroda

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute international sales and export operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with overseas clients and distributors.
  • Handle end-to-end export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, LC documents, and related compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
  • Monitor export orders, shipments, and payments to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support marketing activities such as market research, lead generation, client follow-ups, and promotional initiatives for international markets.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet delivery timelines and business targets.
