Qualifications

• Good English for buyer emails, plus MS Office and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage buyer communication, price negotiation and order confirmation with overseas clients.
• Process export orders and coordinate with production, quality and logistics teams on delivery dates.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, shipping bills and LC documents accurately.
• Work with freight forwarders and CHA agents on bookings and customs clearance.
• Research new markets and buyers for garments and apparel.
• Maintain export sales records, pricing data and performance reports.
