Role - Export Geography Product Onboarding Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant

Manager – Export Geography Product Onboarding. The role involves managing export

documentation, product onboarding, regulatory compliance, and coordination across

international markets for FMCG products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export product onboarding for international geographies. customs compliance, and country-specific regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate product registration activities across export markets and ensure timely approvals.
• Work closely with regulatory, supply chain, packaging, quality, and commercial teams to
• Ensure compliance with local certifications, labeling norms, and import/export regulations for respective countries.
• Track and maintain documentation related to product approvals, certifications, and export records.
• Liaise with external agencies, certification bodies, and distributors for product registration and onboarding activities.
• Monitor changing international compliance requirements and support implementation across markets.
• Support launch timelines by ensuring all onboarding and regulatory requirements are completed within defined timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in cosmetic product compliance and export regulations will be highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of international product registration and export processes across
• Experience working with Indian FMCG brands handling exports.
• 4–5 years of experience in a similar export onboarding / regulatory / international compliance role.
• Strong exposure to Export documentation, Dispatch and shipping compliance, Product registration, Local certification requirements
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
• Candidates with global certifications in product registration, regulatory approvals, or export compliance will be preferred.
