Job summary

Ethos is seeking a group product manager to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the full lifecycle from PRD to roadmap prioritization and launches, shaping how AI assists in producing documents, slides, and decks with high-quality craftsmanship.

This fully remote, flexible role requires 4+ years of PM experience, strong skills in interpreting A/B test results, and exceptional written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a product manager owning the full lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution.
• Direct experience designing or reading A/B test experiment readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced group product managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for group product managers with 4+ years owning product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launches to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: product requirements documents and spec reviews, quarterly roadmap and prioritization decks, feature launch and go-to-market readiness plans, A/B test and experiment readout summaries, user research synthesis and opportunity briefs, and stakeholder and executive product update decks.
