Ethos is seeking experienced equity research analysts to train AI models on professional presentation tasks. This is a fully remote, part-time role offering flexible hours (5–20h/week) and $100/hour. Candidates should have 3+ years in equity research and a track record of industry analysis and investment thesis communication.

You will analyze and create AI-generated presentations and refine outputs for accuracy and clarity across earnings previews, theses, and investor decks.
