Job summary

SAP SE is seeking a seasoned DevSecOps lead in Bengaluru to architect and secure end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions, using infrastructure as code and automated compliance checks. You will enforce data boundary controls, audit trails, and security guardrails across multi-tenant environments while aligning with SAP’s AI delivery standards.

You will collaborate with Engineering Excellence, Platform, and Application Engineering teams to standardize practices and accelerate production

What you'll bring

You have deep expertise in DevSecOps — CI/CD design, infrastructure as code, and compliance automation across cloud-native environments.

• Proven expertise building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and provisioning cloud-native environments using infrastructure as code.

• Hands-on experience with shift-left security — vulnerability scanning, dependency checks, secret detection, and access control in every pipeline stage.

• Experience with compliance as code — GDPR, SOC2, and data boundary enforcement, with audit trails generated by design.

• Familiarity with deployment patterns for agent-based systems and large language model (LLM) integrations in multi-tenant environments.

• Ability to define DevSecOps standards and enforce them through tooling across delivery squads and partners.

What you'll build

You’ll build the DevSecOps backbone for Intelligent Operations, securing every AI solution from first pledge to production.

• Design and operate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions across Business AI Platform (BAIP) environments — standardized, reusable, and automated.

• Embed shift-left security as infrastructure — vulnerability scanning, dependency checks, secret detection, and access control on every pledge.

• Implement GDPR, SOC2, and data boundary compliance as code, with audit trails built into the pipeline.

• Build automated, standardized provisioning of customer environments, removing manual steps that slow engagements.

• Develop evaluation pipelines and quality gates for agentic systems — AI output quality, guardrails, and performance benchmarking.

• Connect Engineering Excellence, Platform, and Application Engineering through shared pipeline standards and automation.

FDE Technology & Operations sits at the operational core of Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), tasked with quality, security, and lasting impact across SAP's AI engagements. Within Intelligent Operations, you own the path from code to production. You’ll work globally — across delivery squads, external partners, and BAIP platform teams — defining DevSecOps standards for enterprise AI delivery.
